All our laces are made of 100% cotton for quality and natural texture.

When your package is shipped, we will provide you a tracking number to follow your delivery progress.
In case of error on the order from Slaace, please send us an email with a proof of the error (picture of the product in its packaging). If it is accepted, we will :
- Refund you within 15 days.
- Or exchange your product, we will send you a stamp to send back your order. Please read the informations about returns just below.
Please, note that in case of lost or damaged order, Slaace will contact the Post Office to file a claim, but we cannot commit ourselves to refund the value of the order until the carrier has refunded us.
Customers have14 business daysto return their orders if they are not satisfied or if there is an error in the content of the order from Slaace.
To return your order, go to the post office nearest you and send your letter (optional tracking) containing your order to:

Our laces are 130cm, but the difference is minimal !
There are many different types of laces, depending on shoes models and individual preferences.
Slaace sells only sneaker laces, adapted to the most popular trends on the market. You will find in our website three differents type of laces : flat sneakers laces, classic rope laces and chunky rope laces.
To get a clean look on your sneakers, we advise you to wash your sneaker laces every 3 months in the washing machine, or as soon as you think your laces are dirty.
